We believe in full service and price transparency.
Our typical Performance Medicine Consultations are 1 hour long and we charge by the hour ($250/hour).
A New Performance Medicine Client Evaluation typically takes 2 hours (1 hour for records review, 1 hour for consultation).
A New Primary Care Client Evaluation typically takes 1 hour (30 mins for records review and 30 mins for our appointment)
Subsequent Follow Ups are 30 mins to 1 hour depending on complexity and your needs.
We charge in 30 minute increments.
We can meet via zoom, in person, we can text and email.
Pay however you want to. Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, old fashion cash, anything goes.
Payment is required for appointment confirmation.
We allow 24 hour free cancellation before your scheduled appointment.

Discounts for law enforcement, fire fighters and military apply.

Do you want to take fewer pills, not more? Are you interested in wholistic, lifestyle, herbal medicine? Do you have questions about peptides or hormones or other things your primary care doc just cannot help you with?

    Send us your medical records, share your wearable data, tell us your medical history, your fitness history, your health struggles and goals, what is working, what isn’t, share any data is helpful for us to know and we can get started on helping you achieve your goals.
    These typically take 1 hour face to face + 1 hour records review, care plan development, literature review.

  • This typically requires 30 mins of chart review + 30 mins face to face to start
    Includes evaluation of your current primary care/previous records, your own goals and the development of a plan going forward.

  • For existing clients, schedule a time for any reason. You pick your time: 30/60 mins.
